  • Call handling and call intelligence (RingCentral / RingSense) for scheduling calls and quality/compliance review.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Site and order information against unauthorized access, consistent with PCI-DSS standards for payment data and HIPAA Security Rule standards where health information is involved.
